Payment Methods

Muso Spares are able to accept Credit and Debit cards by telephone so please have your details ready when ordering. If you have not yet registered your card with us, you can do so (and place your order at the same time if you so wish) via our Credit Card Hotline on 0870 755 7610.  This line is manned as much as possible, often until late in the evening as well as during normal business hours, and an answering service is available at all other times.  If you wish to pay by Card and are not answered by a person when you call, simply leave a contact telephone number and one of our staff will call you back as soon as possible. In most cases cards are not charged until the goods are despatched.  Special orders and custom leads may be charged in advance of despatch, but this will be agreed with the purchaser in each case.

We can also accept Cheques, Cash, Postal Orders, Bankers Draft, Giro Transfers, Bank Giro Credit, Electronic Payment, BACS, and payments directly from your Internet Banking account as long as your Bank supports such payments.  We are able to accept Purchase Orders from Government and Education, and selected companies.

If you wish to use an electronic payment method, please email us or telephone and we will provide you with the necessary details by return.

If you wish to pay by Post, please make your Cheque, Postal Order or Bankers Draft payable to C.E.S. (our parent company) and send it to PO Box 112, Seaford, East Sussex. BN25 2DQ.  We do not recommend sending cash, but if you do so you should use Registered Post for security reasons.  We cannot accept responsibility for any payments we do not receive.

However you wish to pay you can confirm your order by Email, and the manufacturing process can be started whilst arrival of your payment is awaited.

Confirmations

If you provide us with an Email address, we will confirm receipt of your Order,  estimated Despatch Date and any other relevant details by Email immediately on receipt of your order. We will also provide further confirmations on delivery of special order components (if applicable), as well as on completion of the order and final despatch.

Carriage

Items such as Strings and Plectra or orders of £75 and over are shipped carriage free to any UK address within 1 to 3 day working days.  Next Day, Saturday, Courier and Guaranteed Delivery is available as a chargeable extra.  Orders less than £75 ex VAT and International Orders are subject to a charge towards the costs of shipping and handling.  Prices start from £4.99 inc VAT (£4.25 ex VAT).
